After earning her Master's in Yoga Science from the University of Patanjali, Haridwar, Dr. Kanika relocated to Chennai in 2015, where she began her career as a Hatha Yoga teacher at 136.1 Yoga Studio. Over time, she expanded her reach by teaching at several other studios. Her passion for deepening her knowledge led her to pursue a Ph.D. at SVYASA, Bangalore. Along the way, she cleared the UGC NET, achieved Associate Professor qualification, earned AYUSH QCI Level-1 certification, and completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification.
Dr. Rachana specializes in identifying the root causes of health issues through pulse diagnosis alo mg with other modalities, guiding patients toward non-allopathic treatments and sustainable lifestyle changes. Her areas of expertise include Energy Medicine (Traditional Chinese Acupuncture), Cupping, Yogic Kriyas/Therapy, and Nutrition Counselling. She has successfully supported multiple patients struggling with various conditions, including hormonal disorders, mental health challenges, and musculoskeletal issues.
